Constitution Act


The Constitution Act is an Act passed by the Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and (Northern) Ireland. Queen Victoria assented to the Act on 9 July 1900. This Act consists of a Preamble and 9 Covering Clauses. The Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia is contained at Clause 9 of the Act.
